Refund policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Please read and review all product listings and your shopping cart before completing your order. All sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right!
If after contact it’s decided that you need a replacement, a store credit will be applied. You will be given a code for a discount matching the price of your original purchase minus the shipping cost. Once you enter the code, the amount will be deducted from your total at checkout.
Please be mindful that, due to the nature of handmade items and due to the irregular nature of polymer clay, minor imperfections may be present on the jewelry. Imperfections can be part of the beauty of handmade items.
Polymer clay is a sensitive material, so be kind to your pieces!
Lost Items
Clay Mode is under no circumstance responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier, stolen or marked as delivered to your address. Once a package is in custody of the postal service its whereabouts are out of our control. If there is an issue with a package after it has been handed to the mail carrier it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a complaint directly with them.
